It All Started When My Boss Told Me I Wouldn't Succeed
You see, I took a leap of faith when I abandoned my education and 10 year plan of a career in business for an unexpected career in fashion design.
Little did I know that leap would land me at my first job in the industry where I would be told by the owner himself, that I had zero talent and I picked the wrong career.
You see, I took a huge leap of faith when I abandoned my education and 10 year plan of a career in business for an unexpected career in fashion design.

It didn’t take long for me to learn what the corporate world was like. I worked long hours, sacrificing freedom for the possibility of success.
I watched us all give up our lives just to prove ourselves and maybe, finally get a promotion that we were worth. But what happened to the passion, art and creativity? The whole reason we got into our careers in the first place?
As I quickly grew in my career, I figured out the problem: The corporate systems in place are not designed to support artists, designers and creatives like you and me.
My heart is to serve designers in corporate because I know it's possible to have both a life and career you love. But you can’t go out and find it, you have to define it and build it.
A few years ago I left my friends, family, and the dream career I built, to follow a calling to move to Portland, Oregon. It may be an audacious vision but I am no longer working in the fashion industry because I am working to change the corporate apparel world from the inside out.
And I’m laying it all down. I'm sharing everything I've learned, equipping you with the tools, empowering you with the mindset and courage, so that you can have passion and purpose inside of work.
Because you matter, and so does the work you do.
Miracles, living intentionally, quality over quantity, and that misadventures are the best adventures.
My creepy memory. You may not remember me, but I remember when I met you 10 years ago, what you were wearing, and what we talked about.
Getting lost in new places with my hubs Josh and pup Boy, line dancing at your local country bar, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
Championing others towards their greater dreams and purpose in life-Inspiring them to become the best version of themselves.
