Small group coaching
When designers are supported, it sets them up for success and they get to experience more creative, emotional, and financial freedom.
The apparel industry should be a place of creative collaboration (not competition) so designers can come alive in their creativity and get paid what they deserve.
How it works:
We'll meet in an intimate group of 3-6 designers for 2 hours every other week for 12 weeks.
Cohorts are open 3 quarters of the year. Different days/times are available to fit your schedule.
Pick a day of week that works best
Each session will be guided by me as we work through current career challenges together.
At the end of every session each designer will have unique next steps to implement at work in the 2 weeks before our next meetup.
Meet virtually every other week
By the end of 12 weeks you will have experienced a new & exciting way of working as a designer.
Take what you've learned, continue to implement at work, and watch your job transform.

Ten years ago, I was struggling to figure it out on my own.
In my 10+ years working as a designer in the fashion industry, I found myself battling a corporate system set up against creative success.
It didn't help that other designers were looking out for themselves, so there was always an air of competition.
Each new designer was left to figure it out on our own, without support. But during that time I figured out how to overcome challenging coworkers and learned how to cultivate a community where we worked together and supported each other's career growth and success.
